  • Use our easy navigation at the top of the page under SHOP, or search for a particular type of item or for a specific garment you're looking for by its name.
  • Once you've selected your item, make sure you choose your size, color if applicable and quantity. Click Add To Cart.
  • Review the items in your Cart, make changes if necessary, and follow the prompts through to Checkout to complete your transaction.


  • Change your mind? Email us asap at Once an item has been shipped, an order cannot be canceled. 


  • Exclusive to AUDRAOFFICIAL.COM, we allow our clients to pre-order the latest AUDRA collection pieces months before they become available anywhere else.
  • Next to the Pre-Order button on the product page, you will see an expected delivery date range. We do our very best to ensure we meet these deadlines.
  • You will be billed for the full amount at checkout as our system currently does not allow for 'billing upon fulfillment.'


  • All AUDRA garments are made with the highest attention to detail and with the highest quality fabrics and finishes, and should be cared for as such. 
  • Please follow the guidelines on our care instructions for your AUDRA garments.

  • AUDRA currently accepts the following forms of payment: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Paypal.
  • All orders will be billed in US dollars. We do not currently ship to international destinations. 
  • Local sales tax will automatically be charged on all orders (where applicable).


  • Our current carrier is USPS.
  • We ship Standard Ground service, unless you select the option to upgrade for Priority or Express service.
  • Shipping fees are automatically calculated at the time of checkout. 
  • USPS Standard Ground Shipping takes 3-5 business days.
  • USPS Priority Shipping takes 1-3 business days
  • USPS Express Shipping is Overnight. 


  • Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed, from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed. 
  • Transit times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. 


  • All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from AUDRA to the shipping address.
  • Once your package has been delivered and signed for at the specific address, it is no longer covered by insurance.


  • If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, AUDRA will accept returns within 10 business days of your receipt of the item.
  • Please contact us for a Return Authorization number and return shipping instructions. Email us at
  • All items must be returned in the original condition, unworn, with all tags on and in the original packaging. 


  • In order to receive a full refund based on the original purchase price (less shipping costs) and in the original form of payment, please note the following:
    • All items must be returned within 10 business days of your receipt of the item.
    • All items must be returned in the original condition, unworn, with all tags on and in the original packaging.
    • Items must not be altered in any way.
    • All returns must be accompanied with a Return Authorization number.
    • Any items returned damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.


  • AUDRA does not currently offer exchanges. You will need to return the unwanted item, and purchase the item you want.
