    AUDRA is a women's ready-to-wear brand established by Paris-trained Audra Danielle Noyes. This limited edition scarf expresses a custom illustration motif, printed, produced, and hand-finished in Copenhagen, Denmark. To care for your scarf, please use dry clean only.

    About Cheree Berry Paper
    Founded in 2006, primarily as a custom stationery company, CBP has since evolved to become an award-winning graphic design firm sought after for its playful, yet polished, sensibility. 

    About Glow Candle Co. 
    Thoughtfully hand-poured in small batches in St. Louis, Glow candles are made with all-natural, eco-friendly soy wax derived from American grown soybeans. Cotton wicks and premium-grade fragrance oils allow for a clean 70-hour burn time, encased in a glass jar.

    Our current carrier is UPS.
    Free standard ground shipping for orders and returns within the US.
    Same day, contactless delivery is also available for St. Louis City and County residents for orders over $350.

    Shipping fees are automatically calculated at the time of checkout.
     

    ORDER PROCESSING 
    Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed, from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed.
    Transit times do not include Saturday’s, Sunday’s and holidays.


    COVID-19 UPDATE
    As a small business, each piece is personally packaged. The AUDRA team and I will be packing each item with proper care and protective measures – this way, you can try on in your home with confidence.

    We are committed to maintaining our shipping and delivery schedules, though we still anticipate there may be delays in order processing and shipping due to Covid-19. We kindly request that if you have any questions to email us at info@audraofficial.com.
     

    INSURANCE
    All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from AUDRA to the shipping address. 
    Once your package has been delivered and signed for at the specified address, it is no longer covered by insurance. 
     
     

    RETURNS 

    If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, AUDRA will accept returns within 10 business days of your receipt of the item.

    All items must be returned in the original condition, unworn, with all tags on and in the original packaging. 

      REFUNDS

      In order to receive a full refund based on the original purchase price (less shipping costs) and in the original form of payment, please note the following:
      All items must be returned within 10 business days of your receipt of the item. 
      All items must be returned in the original condition, unworn, with all tags on and in the original packaging.
      Items must not be altered in any way.
      All returns must be accompanied with a Return Authorization number.
      Any items returned damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. 

          EXCHANGES

          AUDRA does not currently offer exchanges. You will need to return the unwanted item, and purchase the item you want.
